Due to the digital nature of our IPTV service, all sales are typically final. However, we offer limited refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
- Service Failure: The service is completely non-functional for more than 24 hours
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged multiple times
- Purchase Error: You bought the wrong subscription plan (within 2 hours of purchase)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Temporary service interruptions (<24 hours)
- Device compatibility issues (check requirements before purchase)
- Partial usage during subscription period
3. Refund Process
- Contact support within 7 days of issue
- Provide your account email and purchase receipt
- Explain the reason for refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
